Unrealistic Expectations

The customer in this case had complains and wanted 8 major changes. i) A caricature is a cartoon depiction of a person, it is not a realistic portrait. ii) We are always willing to change if we can, but the customer does not realise that this is a hand-painted watercolor artwork and hence we can't change to great extents like others do with photoshop for computer art.
