Happy Silver Anniversary

The faces may seem cartoon-ish, but actually the couple look exactly like this in their photos. The only change we made is to darken the man's hair.

I'm Loving Angels

The man sure looks like Robbie Williams. This was painted some days ago and would sure to look fantastic hanging on the client's walls.

Mini Bike

Here we painted a funny scene where a man can be seen riding on a min-bike. We hope the client has a good laugh with this.

Woman and her dog

Who says a dog is a man's best friend? We painted this woman taking her dog out for a walk one autumn day.

Graduation

A graduation caricature painting done for a very nice and pleasant customer. She was quite pleased with the painting. It is a pity we could not capture the eyes more, as the photos show the subject with shades.

Grandma & her darlings

We made the grandma a little younger. Quite an adorable painting if we may say so ourselves.

Italian Man

We have no idea who this is. We were just given a photo by an Italian customer to paint. Hope the client liked it ^_^

Beware of Dog

A caricature for a kid and his favorite pet dog. They are going to use this to print birthday invites.

Another movie inspired order as a birthday gift for a girl named Annie.

Ace Ventura

I believe this was ordered by the client to be a Birthday gift for a goofy guy nick-named "ACE"

Couple Portrait

The photo provided for this order could be better. Nevertheless we did our best for this portrait. Hope the client did not expect too much from this painting. Note how we painted the curly hair ^_^

Rapper Dad & Son

A perfect Father's day gift. The pose we paint is really cute, don't you think? The client provide very good photos for this order.

Fairy in the Woods

The client wanted a theme of a fairy in a forest. We painted some beautiful trees, a lake and topped it off with a fairy costume with wings. Phew...quite a massive undertaking to be sure.

Royalty

The client wanted for us to paint the female subject in royal-like clothes and in similar setting. We had considered using royal purple but decided against it as it was too dark.

Rock Star

We had spent much time especially on this to get the spotlight and the facial features perfect. It should not be too difficult to see the 'depth' effect we painted in. Hope the client likes it.

Daniel & Amy wedding

9 days to go before their wedding. Our heartfelt congrats. We wish them a great life ahead. ^_^

House Warming

This was done for a family moving into their new place. I think they were going to put this at their door for their guests to see at housewarming party.

Family Portrait for 6

This portrait had to be done from separate photos which posed some difficulty to us. Seems a little unnatural as a result, but still quite a good piece of artwork nevertheless.

Indian Couple

I think the client is the couple's children. This painting we did should make a wonderful anniversary prezzie.

Egyptian Wedding

I wonder if many do visit Egypt for their honeymoon. Though slightly unconventional, we are always obliging to customer requests. *L*

Karaoke Time!

The black and white caricature bears quite good resemblance to the actual photo. Usually the color caricatures have better resemblance but I guess the subject's features were just easier to capture.

HR Training

This really took quite a few days to finish. As you can see, our not-so trusty scanner is making pictures too bright again. We'll see what we can do tomorrow.

We only wish our job was as easy. Painting art pieces takes so much effort in comparison. (Just some grumbling before knocking off today *_+)

The client provided us good photos for the car. We had to use really small brushes to get the details for the car right.

Family Fun

We took around 4 days to finish painting this. I think the client was 1 of the girls. The girls had similar features which compounded the difficulty for us during painting. I can just imagine this hanging from their living room wall ^_^

Mother & her 2 boys

We are uploading this to the blog late. This was actually done some time ago for Mother's day. The boys are actually much taller but we had to shrink them to fit the paper.

Yellow Brick Road

Forget about the aisle, try the yellow brick road. We like the expressions on the faces most of all and had a terrific time painting. Wonder if they will be using it for their wedding invites?

Fans of KISS

A couple who are fans of KISS. We had not seen clients with such radical ideas for a long while. Hope they like the painting we did for them ^_^

John's 60th Birthday

A birthday present ordered by a client. Time was less demanding for this order and we could paint it at a comfortable pace. A job well done, if we may say so ourselves.

3 children at the beach

A difficult piece to design and paint such that it is fun and playful. Took us a day to sketch and 2 days to paint.
