Complaint

It has been a while since we come across a complaint such as this. We know that art is subjective but always try our best to paint good resemblance for the caricature cartoons ordered. However the client complained about the resemblance but refused to tell what was wrong with the facial features. When we asked again, she says it is just "all wrong". We are really at a lost how to help her. We looked at the photos repeatedly and was quite sure we got everything right (Even the statue of liberty head gear). Perhaps she was expecting a photo-like portrait, but ordered a caricature cartoon by mistake. This is most distressing.
