False Claims

• 16 Jul - Val purchased an outline caricature for 99p
• 17 Jul - She was asked if she wanted black/white shading or color on top of outline
• 18 Jul - Her reply was "Black an white shaded please. Val"
• 18 Jul - An invoice was sent was postage for the shaded caricature accordingly
• 22 Jul - Val confirmed with payment in full
• 03 Aug - Val claims we should charge her 99p despite the fact she wanted postage as well as additional shading.
