Difficult

The lady in the photo ordered this is black/white shaded. We painted this in color for her with no surcharge. She: Complained she appeared too fat, wanted $ back We: The body is already as thin as we could draw it She: Complained her head was too big, wanted $ back We: This is a caricature. Head should be big. Nevertheless we painted more hair at the sides of her head so her face is smaller She: Complained eye color was wrong, wanted $ back We: We changed for her She: Blamed us for adding color for free, wanted $ back We: We are willing to redo this b/w for her. It was our fault we wanted to color for her free. Sighs. She: Does not want b/w painting anymore. She: I am just not happy. I want a refund. We: Can we ask why? She: I am just not happy. This is good enough reason to ask for refund. We: Sighs
